Kami Cosmetics orders are shipped and delivered by USPS on business days Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

As satisfying our customers is our top priority, Kami Cosmetics accepts returns.
You must return the unopened product within 14 days after your order is delivered.
Please be aware that orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded nor sent back to you.
We recommend that you send your return using a carrier such as USPS with tracking and guaranteed delivery to our office.
In addition, returns may also be issued in the event that you are dissatisfied with a product's shade. Such returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be approved first by our customer service.
Please allow three weeks for reimbursement from the date we received your package.

Cancellation of Special Orders
No full refund on wholesale orders that has been processed and ready to ship. If customer decides to cancel order for any reason/s, a partial refund will be given. If items have already been shipped and a tracking was provided, there will be no refund.
